Receiving Your Streamlinks
When do I get my streamlink?
You will receive your streamlinks two weeks before the start of the conference. If you place your order within two weeks of the event, you will receive your streamlink within 24 hours. Contact [email protected] if you need the streamlink quicker and we will work to meet your
requirements.
What if I need my streamlink sooner than two weeks before the start of the conference?
Contact us at [email protected] so we can get the details of your requirements.
I should have received my streamlinks by now, where are they?
If you have not seen the email with the link, it is likely in a spam or junk folder of the person who placed the order. Contact [email protected] if you need it re-sent.
How do I order a transcript?
A transcript is included in the Comprehensive Conference Streaming Package.
Who is producing this package?
The package is produced by our virtual conference partner, OpenExchange.
Access, Availability and Security
Who can access the link(s)?
OE provides the links only to you. It is up to you to manage distribution and access.
Are there separate links to the live and the on-demand presentations?
There is one link for both the live and on-demand presentation.
How do I preview my company’s audio stream link?
You can preview the link when it is provided. If there are any issues, our tech support team will work to address them immediately.
How long after the live presentation will an on-demand version become available?
The on-demand version will be available within 12 hours.
How long will the link and its content be available?
On-demand audio stream links will be available for up to 1 year, after which they will be automatically deactivated. You may contact OpenExchange at anytime if you would like them deactivated earlier.
Is the link just for my company?
Yes. It is only for your company’s audio presentation.
Is there security for accessing the links?
No. OpenExchange just provides the links (and/or files). It will be up to you to provide any security you require.
Viewer Registration and Reporting
Can I capture information about the viewers of our webcasts?
Yes. Viewers must supply their name, title, company name and email address prior to viewing your presentation.
Is there any reporting available?
Yes. A link to a continuously-updated engagement analytics report, showing details about who viewed your on-demand audio stream is included.

Is technical support provided?
